Our cutting boards are crafted in Calgary from high-quality hardwood and finished with organic fractionated coconut oil and carnauba wax.

These boards are discounted due to slight imperfections. The functionality is not compromised, but they may have small cracks (that have been filled with the safest glue on the market), surface imperfections or a slightly uneven surface.

Boards are 0.9" thick and available in various sizes.

  • Surface area is no smaller than 75 sq in. (generally 13x6.5", 12x7")
• Medium
  • Surface area is no smaller than 95 sq in. (generally 14x7", 18x6.5", 12x8.5)
• Large 
  • Surface area is no smaller than 120 sq in. (generally 16x9", 14.75x9")
• XL
  • Surface area is no smaller than 165 sq in (20x8.5", 18x9.75")
• XXL
  • Surface area is no smaller than 185 sq in (generally 18x11", 19x10", 20x9.5")

Dimensions vary due to the nature of the boards being made from a solid slab of hard wood. Some boards may be long and narrow while others may be more square in shape.
