Shipping & Return Policy

Calgary Pickups:

If you would like to pick up your order in NW Calgary (near Tuscany and Winsport) please select "Pickup" at checkout and we will send you the complete address once your order is ready.

Shipping & Handling:

We know how important quick turn-around times are, so orders are processed and shipped out in 1 to 2 business days.

Orders over $200 CAD (before tax) within Canada qualify for free shipping. Flat rate of $15 for shipping orders under $200. Some exclusions may apply. 

Shipment pricing to the USA is calculated based on weight.

Returns & Exchanges:

Larch Life addresses returns on a case-by-case basis. Returned inventory in the US alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. If there are issues with products, please don't hesitate to email us at support@larchlife.com. If the tracking number status is delivered, we unfortunately won't be able to cover stolen or misplaced packages. Orders to the USA do not qualify for returns.
