The Healthy Reset is the required foundational service for all new clients. It is a comprehensive, deep cleaning and organizational overhaul designed to establish the non-toxic standards and organizational systems necessary for a truly healthy home environment. We move beyond surface cleaning to address hidden toxins, accumulated grime, and organizational issues.
Included Focus Areas:
- Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: Detailed cleaning of all surfaces, paying special attention to areas often missed during routine cleaning (e.g., baseboards, trim, inside of cabinets/drawers that store cleaning supplies).
- Initial Audit: Comprehensive inspection and discussion regarding the current state of cleaning products in the home, setting the stage for healthy swaps.
- Organizational Setup: Initial optimization of high-traffic areas (kitchen counter, entryways, primary bathroom) to establish logical flow and maintainable systems.
- Air Quality Preparation: Thorough cleaning of reachable vents and immediate surroundings to minimize particulate matter circulation.

The Recurring Sanctuary is our signature, customized maintenance service, available exclusively to clients who commit to a fixed weekly or bi-weekly schedule. This service protects the organizational and health standards established during your Healthy Reset.
This maintenance commitment ensures your home remains a peaceful, organized, and truly non-toxic haven year-round.

- Non-Toxic Routine Cleaning: Consistent, detailed whole-home cleaning utilizing only our premium fragrance-free products.

Leveraging extensive experience as an enthusiastic home cook and professional kitchen assistant, I offer practical support that saves you time and reduces household stress.
This service is ideal for busy families, individuals prioritizing home-cooked and macro-friendly meals, or those preparing to host special events.
Included Services:
- Grocery Procurement: Efficient shopping runs based on your list and meal plan. I offer expertise in scrutinizing ingredient labels to make the best purchasing choices based on your budget while avoiding harmful, unhealthy, and/or inflammatory ingredients (e.g., hidden sugars, industrial seed oils, food dyes). Travel time is included in the hourly rate.

Laundry & Linen Refresh
Non-toxic laundry processing, folding, ironing (if required), and put-away services. Requires client commitment to use fragrance-free detergents.
Rate: Preferred Loyalty Rate ($45/hr) when booked as an add-on.

FAQ
Do I need to leave when services are being provided?
While it can often be easier to clean and organize when a home is vancant, it’s not necessary.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We will use our own vetted & non-toxic supplies, but can discuss further in person if there is something specific you would like us to use (as long as it meets our safety standards).
Can you help with move out & move in?
Yes! We can help you declutter, downsize, pack, stage, unpack & organize as well as deep clean prior to moving out and/or moving into a new home.
What experience do you have?
2007-2016: Lifeguard & Pool Operator; building operations and maintenance for multiple recreation facilities. Certified in WHMIS, cleaned and sanitized large-scale public recreation facilities.
2008-2012: Nanny for multiple families. Cleaned homes, learned the art of ironing clothing… and bedding.
2016-2021: Records management; part of my job was to maintain official physical and digital records and to create organizational systems.
2017-2019: Karma staff at Yoga studios; Cleaned facilities in exchange for studio membership.
2021-2023: Office administration; sorted, organized and deep cleaned abandoned offices, created and maintained filing systems.
2024-2025: Private home cleaning provider. Move out, maintenance and big organizational projects.
